Should be 1 star but the site won't let me! Never use this company. They gave us a good quote to erect trellis fencing but failed to show up three times, meaning that we wasted days off work and had to cancel weekend plans for nothing. We might still have been willing to give them a go but their customer service was appalling too - after failing to show up they wouldn't pick up the phone and I had to resort to facebook to get a response from them. They have a big problem with not being able to park directly outside - apparently on one occasion they did come but left because they couldn't park. We have an unloading bay 5 doors down, so I'm surprised it was a problem, and can't think how they get any work done in North London, where parking is always scarce.
